In this project, a cultural exchange centre, was conceived as a result through on site study, with the aim of being understanding of target groups, characteristics, issues and strength that the site possesses. From these findings, an issue was deduced and to be addressed which would aim to complement the existing site. In the end, a centre which focuses on co-cultural exchange centre was thought out as the findings suggest that the site itself lack of activities such as programmes and as a tourist attraction space that leads to historical, cultural to modern. As a result, co-cultural exchange centre where users can experience different culture and food. Thus, this centre wishes to create a platform where co-worker can come and work and stay at the same time, to give them ownership in the things they do.
